How to move ICQ database from old comp to new one

I have the ICQ database from my old comp. I have ICQ99b installed on the new one and I try to copy the files in to the new one then like it runs DBConvert and then I get an error about temporary db file. When I just try to run DBConvert it says there are no other db files on this computer, when there are. WHat do i do?? I had over 200 people on my list. Thanks.
