how to move apps from internal storage to sd card vivo y53 ?

i have looked and while i have found vids and posts on how to do it.. when i go and follow the steps to do this.. the option to move an app from the 16 gig internal storage, to the sd card isnt there.. so does that mean the maker of the phone, just doesnt allow it.. or have i missed something ? and help would be great... thanks
