How to monitor HDD temp for RAID 0 drives on 690G board

I got this Biostar TA690G board with 2x 500GB drive in RAID 0. In the BIOS (Advanced) menu, I have also enabled SMART. But the problem is, neither ActiveSmart nor Everest can detect the drives or show SMART information.

Do I need any other software to do it? Or I am missing some trick in the BIOS? I have the latest 1/3 BIOS. Also, is there a way I could find out if NCQ is enabled? Thanks for any comment / suggestion.

Thanks Larry, I am concluding that SMART info is not available in RAID. The WebPAM utility says the drives don't support SMART, which is a lie.
