I have this case waiting in front of me. It's still a virgin, no cuts or holes. I'm thinking of taking a drill bit a little wider than the holes in the front and drill them larger, add a blowhole at top middlish-rear, and maybe a side case fan aimed at the AGP card. Any suggestions?

Why?

But if you MUST, why not from the bottom. Carpet or a rug underneith could help cut the noise down.

I spend more time trying to quiet mine down than cool it. What's so God awful important to get those few extra OC MHz for? UT? Q3? Back it off a few MHz and leave the poor thing alone!

here's mine... My Enlight and here's my friends Imperium's case. WE did my friends several months after i did mine(explains hte much cleaner job... :)).

I would personally go with dual 80mm intake, or single 92mm intake in the bottom front. It can fit a 120mm, but it is really, really tight.

The top fan is a 120mm on my friends, 92mm on mine. Depends on power supply and cdrom.

I enlarged my back fan near the cpu for a 92mm exhaust fan, and my side panel fan is a 120mm.

Imperium's case is done with holesaws + a jigsaw for the window. My case was solely jigsaw. HoleSaw's produce cleaner(and nicer) results, but they are somewhat costly if you're only gonna use htem once.
