How to Mirror a hard drive/os/et all?

I'm receiving a new Maxtor hard drive through their no quibble replacement program. My hard drive is whining way too loud, so I requested a warranty exchange. My question, is there a way for me to mirror the hard drives so I don't have to reinstall the OS and all the programs? Saves me about 3-4 hours setup time... Thanks

Go to Maxtor's website and download the latest MaxBlast utility. In there is a tool to do exactly what you want, instructions, etc.
