I need to run an app at start-up on several NT 4 PC's. I would like it to minimize at start-up to the system tray. HOW?

To start an app in a minimized state on startup do this.

Select the application in which you want to startup. Right click on it and select properties. You should get the application properties box. There is a drop down menu about 3/4 way down that is labeled run. Select the option minimized from the drop down menu. When the program starts, it should start minimized to the task bar. Not all programs will minimize to icons in the system tray next to the clock. Depends which program you are dealing with.

Thanks for the replies. I am already doing this eraser. The problem is the people using the program (Acrobat Distiller) may accidently close it, since it's visible on the taskbar. I don't want support calls pouring in when it doesnt work because they closed the app (LOL). If you have ever been in a support role, then you know what I mean.
