Is there some way to track how much bandwidth I'm using separated by site?

I'm just curious about how much bandwidth I use for certain sites and also maybe just random sites that are link through the main sites.

I'm using windows 7. Though I'd wouldn't mind of it worked for my dd-wrt router either..

The information I'm interested in would be:
site(url or ip), megabytes transfered.
repeat for each site (predefined list of sites or any new site that gets accessed)

I used to have Netlimiter and that would track all that stuff. I'm not sure if they still offer a free trial. A while ago I had tried to download an updated version because I actually purchased a license, but they forced me to purchase another license so I decided it wasn't that important. It was really nice though... it would let you monitor bandwidth, limit bandwidth, set QoS for apps on the PC it's installed on, etc.

*EDIT* Just looked it up and it looks like the monitor is still free and they have 1 month trials of the other versions: link
