How to mandate same xp desktop for all users?

Could someone tell me or point me in the direction on how to mandate a default desktop look for all users logging on to XP. I have set XP to use the classic look and replaced the Start menu from the profile I used to set XP up into the "all users" folder.

So far all users get the same backgroung and same start menu, etc but I still get additional shortcuts under programs such as; Media Player, Outlook Express, I still get asked to take a tour of XP, Clean Up Desktop Wizard comes up, the quick launch bar is different.

Is it possible that all users have exctly the same desktop and preferences when logging on to XP for the first time?

Thank you much!!!

Are you talking about a single PC or multiple ones. try the local group policy editor. For I good system do it through a group policy for a W2K DC running Active Directory...
