i need help making the insides of my case look clean wat should i invest in to make it clean.

my case is the CM Centurion 5
my psu im going to upgrade to the OCZ 450 modstream

now i need help cleaning up the wiring so it looks clean of some sort.
 
I find that not having a window makes a case look remarkably clean.

But Mr. is right -- creative cabling and sleeving always help. Sleeve the cables, plan out how you're going to run them, and then tie them all up in one go.
