How to make WinXP stop opening prompt window when I pop in a CD?

You know how when you put a CD in your drive, stupid XP automatically stalls for like 10 seconds while it reads the contents and then pops up a window with options of what you could do with the CD?

How do I make that NOT happen? It's getting on my last nerve.

Anybody know?

Select one of the options and check the box to always do this(words to that degree) and it shouldn't bother asking again unless it finds a cd that has different types of files not associated with that command .
