how to make windows see my second sata drive

i have jus done a fresh install of xp i have two sata drives, on has windows on it ans windows can see it perfectly...my other driver just for data is there, its workin but windows cannot see it properly (not in the my computer part)

how do i set it up so windows can?

u do something like goin into device manager... i dont it before but cant remember
