I, preferring just about anything over mushrooms, would have to find something else to serve as the other part of the sandwich.

But, damn... a straight cut steak, in a sandwich shaped through the forces of pure win... my god that's like proclaiming "I love dead cow, what of it?"

Replace tomato with more bacon.
