How to make the "do you want to allow this program.." notification stop for one app?

Is there a way to make this notification stop for just one program?

I have a GPU program I want to run on startup with some custom settings through the task scheduler and i'd like to be able to bypass that window without changing the full setting on my computer which would allow ALL programs to run without that notification.

There should be an "Always Allow" setting for URLs of your choice.

Try checking the " run with the highest privileges" potion on task scheduler. I forget what it is actually called.
