How to make one PC a Server at a LAN Party????

How do you make one PC a Server at a LAN Party?? how do i do this??? we dont have enough people for a dedicated server so one of the players has to make his PC the server...how do we do this?? Quake3 qill be the main game

I've never done it in Quake3,but it's usually just a mateer of selecting "start server""strart LAN game", or something under the multiplayer menu.
