because normally i just eat spghaetti and toss in some chunks of chicken, but i have some ground beef and wanna learn how to make meatballs.

Now i googled and found a lot of different ways to where i'm confsued now. Some have milk, some have no milk, one reccomended to only use egg white....loli thought i just toss beef in whatever, it it cooka while and then toss into the spaghetti

Anyone have a short and simple receipe? I'm not looking to slave 1.5 hours over the stove...but something that takes 20 or so minutes to prepare and then sit back while it cooks doesn't bother me...

Basically mix bread crumbs with eggs, then blend it in with the meat, then add the herbs.
Roll into balls and then bake.
I didn't use milk when I made it. Tasted great
It's NOT going to take you 20 minutes. It took me over an hour to make everything. First time making meatballs.
It takes 25 minutes alone to cook it.

Make sure you choose your spices well. Conflicting ones will ruin it

that is just gross, fobot :disgust:

i make meatballs occasionally.. it literally takes about 3 hours

if there is a 20 minute recipe, i'd definitely be interested in knowing of it. (it takes st least 20 minutes alone to roll that stuff into a ball)

virtual games, I may disagree with you on taste of women, but hell you gave me exactly what i was looking for.

Then again i think its interesting how i'd rather trust random ATOT members for advice on cooking, rather than sites dedicated to the "art of cooking"~
------

I'll start on this later today and then post how it went

but one quick things: what kinda bread crumbs? I'm assuming stale ones, right? and smash the to get "powdered" bread, or just leave them in crumb form?

edit: now that i think about it...lol how long do I cook it in the oven? Do i add oil to the pan or anything..or is this one of those "sit and watch it cook also" type of thinsgs ;)

I just took the gourmet deli wheat bread my sister bought :) and then tore it up to small pieces.
I guess if you have a food processor, it'll be a lot easier to get it into small crumbs.
I just rolled them to balls and put them onto a pan covered with a cookie sheet.
Made a large gallon bag full. Dinner for a week.
