how to make Iomega Zip CD 650 ext usb drive to work in win2k?

iomegas site said it CAN work with Roxio 4 and above..... i have roxio basic 5.1.1.08 whatever the latest is on their site.....

and it says in device manager, unsupported device..... i need this to work, help!
 
i don't know where to get them, but you need to get some drivers so that win2k properly recognizes the drive, then it would work ok in roxio... i am assuming when you go into my computer the burner doesn't show up as a drive...
just from what you said it sounds like the drivers for the USB drive need to be installed...
