How to make email messages full screen by default in Outlook Express?

Hi all,

When I open an email message in Outlook Express it never opens the message
in a full screen but rather the reduced window size. I've got the window size
spread out about as far as I can with my mouse but I would like it to be full
screen by default.

Is there a place where I can adjust this setting?
