How to make custom CSS with Opera

I've been a member of gixxer.com for a few years, and while using Opera web browser, it's been perfect. As of a few days ago, everything has gone from being a normal forum-left justified to everything being center justified.

I was able to find this which shows that there are other users who are having the same problem. Is this CSS fix something that has to happen server-side or can it be done client-side on my box? A few other buddies were experiencing this same trouble, and it happens on one other forum site (tristatesportbikes.com).
