How to make blowholes on a window?

Im at school so Im limited in tools but I believe I can get access to some basic ones.

My 3200+ after running numerous reviews is naturally hot so even with a SLK-800A, it is idle around 46-51C depending on room temperature. However, I would like to make a blowhole from the window itself...most likely a 92mm at least...even 120mm is it can reach both my video card and CPu effectively.

Would a dremel be ok? I would want to crack the plastic or whateve material that clear glass is.

Before you go through all the trouble, what are your case temps relative to room temps? If the case temps follow the room temps closely already (within 5° or so), then adding another fan really won't do anything for you. It can't cool it down below room temperature. ;)

That said, acrylic isn't terribly difficult to machine. Sharp bits are the key, as with most machining.

A drill press with a hole saw would probably be the best option if you have access to one. Otherwise a cordless drill should be fine.

Usually you suck air in through the window, and blow it out the back.

Also, I probably wouldn't use a 120mm fan. It'll take up to much of the window. A low speed 92mm Panaflo should be plenty.

Yeah, I understand that. The problem is that the CPU temp is also related to the case temp, so if the case temp follows the room temperature closely already, then you won't gain anything. Heat removal = constant*(CPU temp - case temp), where the constant is dependent on the CPU fan. If your heat removal is lower than the CPU's power consumption, then the CPU temp will rise.
