How to make and organize recipes? Software wise

Pocket Cook

It's made for PocketPC, but there is a desktop component too... and it syncs with VOS Shopping List... so if you mark the recipe you want, it automatically lists the ingredients for you in the shopping list. Awesome program.

EDIT: not sure if it is free, but i am sure you can think of something.
