How to Make a USB Pen Drive to detect as MTP Device

I want my usb pen drive to detect as an MTP device. is there any possibility to do this.
my office computer does not detect usb, it has been disabled by sys admin. but it detects my phone as MTP.

Sys Admin is simply trying to protect the integrity and security of the system. SA should probably also bar cell phones as well. Larry's response is good.
