I want to make a bootable flash drive on a WinXP system. I read that you can format any drive and make it bootable w/ Win9x's format.exe but I don't have that option. Any pointers?
I wrote a utility that does it, as long as the partition is FAT16. You need to have the Win9x boot files IO.SYS, MSDOS.SYS, and COMMAND.COM (copy them off a bootdisk) in the same folder.
