How to make a recovery cd?

I have nero backitup, but don't know if it will make a "recovery cd" of my whole entire drive. I want to make a recovery cd like the one that comes the prebuilt computers that you can get a local retailers. Can someone recommend any programs that will do that? Perhaps Norton Ghost? Thx
