How do one make a device driver for Windows 9x ? .DO we have to use
vc++ & what ? .
Could anyone also please tell me a simple circuit of FM receiver/transmitter ?

Generally speaking, driver development is limited to those with a strong grasp of assembly. For a better idea of just what it is drivers have to do: info @ webopedia and book about driver dev...

However, a few links, found by searching "windows device driver development": dev tools and links list.
