How to make a custom windows cd that is bootup?

I am trying to make a custom windows 2000 windows cd but bootup as well like the orginal. I am using a program called nLite to strip out things I don't want but after it creates the iso and I burn it. The doesn't bootup like the orginal copy does when you restart the pc.

It just sits at the xcreen of trying to boot from cd-rom.

Do a google search. I found out that way how to add SP2 to my XP and make a bootable CD out of it.
