How to make a custom avatar at Anandtech main site

Here is instructions for how to get a custom avatar
at the main Anandtech.com site

Did some checking and here is what I found:

Those avatars come from: www.gravatar.com

You need an account on that site and you can upload an avatar.

Note it will take about 10 minutes or so before you see
your new avatar on the main Anandtech page, after you create
the gravatar account and upload or select an avatar.

FYI: Your Anandtech forums login works on the main page
for commenting on reviews and such as well.
