You don't have to do anything special to a floppy, just format it (NOT quick format and not bootable). Make sure the files aren't compressed (not ZIP or RAR). Just copy the files onto the floppy and Windows will find them during install. Don't forget to press "F6" key when prompted. You can find the drivers at your motherboard manufacturers site. You will need to know the name of your SATA chip (Silicone Image 3112, for example), because it may give you two or more to select from when it starts to install it.
