How to lower voltage?

So I got a new SSD and had to re-OS and realized that the only game I play is CS:S, so I decided ill just underclock/undervolt everything because I no longer need any speed to run that game. The problem im having is that my motherboard wont allow me to drop fixed voltage past 1v (.96 with LLC set to 5) and My processor will be perfectly stable at much lower voltages, during a P95 run I get to .92v and am just fine. With offset voltage I cant drop the running voltage past 1.17, yet my idle volts are perfect at .84. is there any way I can lower voltage past what my mobo allows, or am I stuck running at the higher volts.
