Yowza. I wonder how much stress he's put on his body by doing that.

Still better than being overweight though :D Good for him!

He pretty much fasted while riding hard on the bike... that's a pretty crazy way to lose weight. I wonder what he does for a living... you'd always be grumpy if you were always starving.

That guy was on a mission.

I'm losing weight, but eating fairly well.

For exercise, I NordicTrack in the morning 3 times a week for no more then 30 minutes including warm up and cool down.

I wish I knew more about nutrition and what to eat with what and when, but I'm doing OK.

Just another way of making the body eat itself, I went from 350 to 180 in 10 months and a week myself. If your fat it's easy to loose large amounts of weight due to the fact that it takes so much energy just to keep you going. I was a special case though, had a stomach infection and when I was able to cure that the weight just kinna fell off. I was running 3 miles a day and following the Atkins diet to some extent so that was a big factor as well.

lol crazy read but a good story man! Thanks for that Fausto1

You can see why hes 260lbs though! Just the amount of food he'd eat before he went to ride, thats got to be about 2kg worth of food?

Funny reading the what to ride, and also then skip part.

shave your legs 5times a week (burn 170calories)

clean your bike twice a week (burn 476)

narrate the adventure of each day's ride over dinner (burn 227)

spend an hour a day posting messages on bicycling.com forums (burn 714)

now the best one

kneel before your bike in prayer 5 minutes a day (burn 40)

Were they making some of these figures up? Surely surfing the net posting messages on a forum doesn't burn 714 calories? If so we'd have some SUPER RIPPED people here from the amount of hrs they spend posting here!

i dont know what you're trying to say in this sentence, but if you're saying he will gain it all back that is highly doubtful. his metabolism is much much better now so food just goes right through him. if he keeps up his riding and goes back to eating normal food (as opposed to the low amounts he ate during the diet or the crap he ate before the diet) he will only gain a couple pounds back, probably in the form of muslce is he keeps excersie up

Wow...I dropped 30lbs in three weeks my senior in high school. Mononucleosis will do that to you. :) I went from ~180lbs to ~150lbs. My football teammates said I looked like a holocaust survior when I got back to school.
