Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to lock the computers's user after a time of inactivity using
group policy. I'm not talking about screen saver, I know how to do that...can u share some light? 🙂

Yes, there is a way to do this using group policy. It takes several combination of policy to make it work.

You should look for control panel administrative template and display folder

1. screen saver timeout policy and assign a value to it (i.e: 300 seconds)
2. activate screen saver: enable it
3. screen saver executable name: leave it disabled (This will lock the computer instead of displaying screen saver
4. password protect screen saver: enable it

Good luck
