How to lock down my PC for kids to use

Hello folks. Here is what I'm trying to do exactly:

I have a PC that I want my son to be able to use and not destroy. This PC is running Windows XP Professional. I have an administrator account on it and he has a seperate one too. I want my account to continue to have full administrative rights and I want to lock down his account so that he onlt has one icon on his desktop and no ability to get into the control panel or anything else the start menu usually offers everyone. I see this type of lock down on computers at work often and I'm hoping someone can point me to a link that explains how to do it. Thanks.
