I have use a cable ISP and have a homesetup with three workstations connected to a router. One of the workstations downloads massive amounts of data all day. I was wondering how I can throttle or limit the download and upload bandwidth to it?
Is there a specific router that can do this or software I can use? Note: I have heard Linux servers can do this but my network is made up of Win2k/XP machines. Any help would be appreciated.
