I have Enermax 365 VE FC version installed with ECS K7S5A, but when I invoke
standby function, I can tell only hd is shutting down. All other devices are still
power up, all fans are spinning. But From newegg website, it claims this PSU
supports real sleep mode? if all fans are still spinning, what sleep mode it is?
It is too noisy (even with 80MM panaflo fan on top of SK6)...

Maybe I'm wrong, there is another "sleep" mode that does what I want, please advise!
or K7s5a not support ACPI properly?

Thanks very much!

I'm not sure what OS you are using, but I am running XP and i use hibernate, basically shuts down but does a quick startup to exactly how it was, i have a K7S5A and it works fine

Hi, sorry if this is a bit off topic :) ...but I'm interested in the Enermax 365VE FC PSU.
How do you like it? Does the two fan system really make that big of a diff. over normal 1 fan (exhaust) PSU's???
Better cooling and stability?

Thanks

in XP, seems only hibernate is enabled (standby is gone!) but I don't like hibernate because it used too much hd space, and you have to press the power button to turn it on, while in standby mode, it is just in a low-power consumption mode, it is much easier to just wake the system up.

Enermax PSU: It is quite but not that silent as we can see from others mentioned. There is no problem in my system, which has no
