How to launch Internet Explorer on startup?

Subject pretty much says it all. I just want IE to auto launch when I boot up the computer with Windows XP. I can't seem to find how to do this. Thanks in advance!

Left click the IE shortcut icon and drag it to the start button, then keep going to the startup folder and drop it there, the next time you boot up IE will launch.

I am not seeing a startup folder after dragging it over to the start button?

Or you could save yourself the hassle and surf the web for about 3.459 seconds without an ad-blocker and antivirus. Of course, you'll have more than just one IE window in that case. 😉 😛
