How to kill noise: Dynamat!

There is a way that's just as good as Dynamat and a lot cheaper to quiet your PC and keep the airflow strong. I used the black kinda-no skid padding that you put in your tool box drawers and it works great. Just go to any Sears or hardware store and get some tool box drawer liner pads.

There is another product out there used in construction that wrks just was well but is cheaper.

I've heard cheap carpeting is also effective. I really have to try something, as my computer noise is too intrusive (not to mention my Quantum Fireball LM Plus :disgust🙂.

carpet padding == static electricty.. or so some debate whether or not it's safe to use and what not.

tool box lining: i never thought of that!
