So I bought a couple of the lenova ideapada from OD on BF for my 4 and 7 year olds. Any suggestions on how to "kidify" them? Meaning some parental control software like how my wife's kindle fire HD has the free play doo-hicky

TIA

If it has 4.2+, you can set up an account for them and white-list apps.

There is a setting in the Play Store app that lets you pick content maturity levels and places a pass key to change it. Of course that isn't going to make Youtube or Chrome safe. Youtube has content filters, but they can change them anytime I think.

Install "parental control" from Play as launcher. Gives you complete control what apps they can use.
