How to keep the shape of the bill on my baseball cap?

In the past I would just bend them into shape every other day or so, I use to wear them almost everyday. I picked up a new visor this weekend, what's the best way to shape the visor and keep it?

Someone said that I can fit the cap on a coffee can? =)

I'd use two big rubber bands and roll it around a softball. I dont know, I've never really had trouble with keeping them in shape though.

No, it has to be something small enough to grip the hat brim :p

Coffee mug works fine. It won't get too small because it'll spring back some when you take it out, and if not, when you wear it.

I have a specialized cast that goes around the bills of baseball caps. There are two slots on either side and a hard piece of bowed plastic with an elastic strap around it all. This provides three different degreed curves for my hats. Whenever I'm not wearing my favorite hat, it goes into the cast. I bought this at a baseball cap store.

You just realized? :p

And stop giving that gay man credit for the coffee mug, people were doing that long before Bravo aired that show.

I'm sure they did, but they didn't take the time to tell me about it. And they probably don't shop as well as Carson, either.
