How to keep IE6 new windows Maximized

This might be a stupid question, but I just upgraded to XP with IE6, and if I have a maximized window open, and right click on a link and click on open in new window, the newest window isn't full size like the original, I always have to maximize it, is there anyway I can make every new window I open be maximized?
And is there a way to have more than 4 or 5 IE6 windows open at a time, without it combining them all at the bottom and having to go through each one?

Just don't maximize the window, manually pull it big enough to pretend maximize, then all your windows will not be max'ed but close enough for what you want.
