How to install WinXP Tablet on computer with no drives?

I've got a tablet PC, and I want to restore it to factory state, but the restoration disc is a DVD, and my tablet has no drives whatsoever. I have an external cd drive, but I'd rather not pay for an external dvd drive.

This is a time where I wish they had a restoration partition...

Anyone have any clues?
 
I've been looking for some sort of ISO splitter that I could cut the 2gb disc up into several cds, but I havent had much luck finding a program...
