HI All

Im building a new computer. I need to download current drivers for my modem and video card. When I do this for a new computer install do each one of the drivers have to be on a separate floppy? Whats the best way to do this?

thanks

put all your drivers on CD including other utilities like Adaware,Spybot,Hijackthis,ZoneAlarm,Prime95,etc. so you'll have them easily accessible..also if able to get your OS' updates as well on there if obtainable..gl on the build..:)

Well, when you do a fresh install you can use windows generic drivers to boot into windows with no problems. Then from there you can get on the internet and download all the available drivers for you video card, sound card, and monitor.

Of course its always a good idea to make data discs to carry the original drivers on. So you can either A.Burn them to a disc using a CD-R, or B.Zip Disc.
