how to install NT or win2K on an ATA 100 dirve???

setup says it can't detect a hard drive.. help me please!!! I'm in desperate need.. I need a driver i think to make it work.. I'm totally stumped..

Get the W2K driver and put it on a floppy disk- assuming an install for a Bootable CD when the screen says "Setup is scanning your hardware" press the F6 Key... After a few seconds the system will go to the blue setup screen. Wait patiently- if the system does not propmt you for a mass storage controller driver then reboot and wait until you get to the Blue set up screen to push the F6 key. You should be prompted for the Mass Storage controller drive at this time. Put the driver disk in A: and press enter and you should be in business....
