How to install NetBUEI in XP?

As the title states, how do I install NetBUEI in Windows XP? TCP/IP transfers over Windows shares are slow as heck. Thanks.

NetBEUI is no longer included with Windows XP. The functionality has been added to the TCP/IP stack internally.
