How to Install My HSF (Taisol)?

I just bought a Taisol 760 from plycon.com, and i was wondering if there were any instructions to install these.Nothing came in the box except the HSF. Also, i dont undertnad how to attach it,and whats the clip for...also, would you recommend lapping? Thanks!

Here are the instructions right from Taisol. It's a .pdf file so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader...it's really pretty easy.
