How to install Gaim on usb drive?

Does anybody know how to do this, or have a link? I've googled for it and come up empty.

i know with miranda you install it on your PC and then copy and paste the folder to the USB Flash Drive

hrm, i've heard that you can do this with trillian, havn't tried it

i have managed to get miranda to work but I use game at home and would like to use it at work also. There has got to be someone who knows how.
