Is there anyway to install both the Chinese and the English Windows XP?

Not a dual-boot but as in single OS. And no, I'm not talking about chinese input, using NJStar, etc.

I need to format and install XP on a client's computer. Client has a Chinese XP CD but I want to know if there is a way for me to install English XP then somehow install Chinese components so that everything displays in Chinese but also have the option of having things displayed in English when I'm troubleshooting it.

Please help. Thx in advance.
