How to install bluetooth driver

when i try to install dell WLAN and Bluetooth driver, it appear " activate bluetooth using wireless switch". My laptop"Dell inspiron15 3537 run ms windows 7 ULTIMATE". Please help me
 
Is your wifi on?

Is there a physical switch, perhaps on the right side (as you face the laptop when using it), that can be slid to turn wireless on/off?
 
I never had much luck getting Bluetooth and Windows 7 to work right.

Shouldn't matter if you're just trying to get WiFi up and running. What does Device Manager list as your Network Adapters?

It already installed all related components of bluetooth driver.

I'm confused, is the bluetooth driver installed or not?

Is it showing up in Device Manager, or is there a yellow triangle with a ! in it? ( /!\ )
