how to install artic cooller?

just receive my artic cooller today, and i feel confuse how to install it, because i dont get a instalation book come with the cooller, any one?? and i am currently use alpha pal30t, which one more better? artic or alpha? i hear some rumour said the artic cooller more better than alpa, is it?
