How to install an icon set

So I got this icon set and I want to use it, How do I do that? I got it from deviantArt.com its called JosephsArtIcopnPackager in the folder it has a bunch of icon files and two other files, JosephsArt.iconPackage and JosephsArt.iptheme. Am I supposed to put this folder somewhere or install it somehow, I have no idea, can somebody help me?

Also, I would like to set up my desktop with a very minimul amount of icons, 4-5 at the most. I saw something like this here before, recently, I want those few icons to be at size 64 or 128, I aint sure yet, but I dont know how to do that either. I only want desktop icons to be larger not all my icons thru the computer, any idea for that?

You use IconPackager to apply the JosephsArt.ip theme; IconPackager will also allow to change the sizes of icons. You can get more icon packages at www.wincustomize.com.

The large icons you're talking about can be done by various apps. Popular ones are: Yz's, ObjectDock, Mobydock(discontinued), RKLauncher, AveDesk, Samurize, etc.
