How to input more than one row into the table

hi all,

i'm working with ms word and i've created a table. the table originally had 20 rows.

sometimes i insert rows when i need to by:
1) putting the cursor on a row
2) clicking the "table menu" --> insert --> rows below

however, this method only inserts one row at a time.
sometimes i need to insert multiple rows.

is there any way i can do that without having to recreate the table from scratch w/ more rows?

thanks,
chipy

not sure how in MS Word, but in Excel, go to the first row you want inserted, highlight down the number of rows you want to insert (I.e. 20), then right click and "insert"

Wala, 20 new rows are inserted in the middle.
