Is there a way to raise the laptop volume after 100%, I can not hear the other person that clearly during ZOOM? Are there programs for this?

You might want to try enabling Loudness Equalization for your device.
It's under "Enhancements" in your audio device properties. I don't remember the best way to get there though, I have no Windows machine around to test.

There seems to be no improvement.

Is it a problem with 1 person in particular, or any zoom call? If just a certain one, there is an option to increase the microphone gain; you could have the other person give that a try?

Everything is working normal. It's just that its a large room, and I want everyone to hear it during ZOOM.

Maybe get some external amplified speakers? I don't think laptop speakers are going to do what you want.

What do you recommend for external speakers? Budget choices, if any

Actually, you don't even need speakers.
Unless, of course, you can find some good ones for really cheap.

Any portable speaker/soundbar will do the trick, as long as it has an Aux In.
