Is there a way to raise the laptop volume after 100%, I can not hear the other person that clearly during ZOOM? Are there programs for this?

There seems to be no improvement. You might want to try enabling Loudness Equalization for your device.
It's under "Enhancements" in your audio device properties. I don't remember the best way to get there though, I have no Windows machine around to test.
Everything is working normal. It's just that its a large room, and I want everyone to hear it during ZOOM.Is it a problem with 1 person in particular, or any zoom call? If just a certain one, there is an option to increase the microphone gain; you could have the other person give that a try?
What do you recommend for external speakers? Budget choices, if anyMaybe get some external amplified speakers? I don't think laptop speakers are going to do what you want.
